A discount is given when you stay 14+ consecutive nights or commit to staying at the B&B on a weekly basis for a certain length of time. (Pre-payment is required for some discounts to apply.)
The B&B does not have "weekly" or "monthly" rates. Depending on which guest room you choose, a nightly discount is given for that particular room's rate.
Repeat guests enjoy effortless checking-in and out of the B&B! ***** *Reserve your room by calling or asking your workplace to set up accommodations with Tracy. PLEASE NOTE: All guest rooms are privately located on the 2nd floor of the B&B. There is no elevator, so guests must be able to climb stairs. There are no kitchenettes in the B&B guest rooms. All guests have access to a microwave & refrigerator.
Washer & dryer are available upon request.
NO PETS ALLOWED. Check with Innkeepers PRIOR to any bookings if you have children traveling with you. The Madison room
A favorite room for long-term lodging is the Madison! It is located at the end of the guest hallway, next to the 2nd private stairway entrance & coffee bar. Enjoy a beautiful window view, desk with comfortable, adjustable chair, TV, free Wi-fi, & a private bathroom with lovely walk-in tiled shower. Refrigerator and microwave are accessible in the guest hallway.
Located on 2nd floor (A full sit-down hot breakfast is not included with long-term stays due to the greatly reduced room rate, but coffee & other to-go breakfast items will be available upon request.)

The Marie Room
Another favorite room for long-term lodging is the Marie! It is close to the 2nd private stairway entrance & coffee bar. Enjoy a fabulous window view, table with 2 chairs, TV, free Wi-fi, & a beautiful, private bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. Refrigerator and microwave are accessible in the guest hallway.
